Shipping Information

Carriers used will vary dependent on the shipping location. Shipping times above vary and only include the 48 contiguous USA States. Carriers don't guarantee shipping delivery times, this is just an estimate number of Business days your package might take to be deliver and doesn't included any inclement weather or disasters. Business Days only include Monday to Friday, and this doesn't include weekends and any Public Holiday.
Yes, the buyer pays for shipping, you can choose from three Shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping 5 to 10 Business Days
  • Priority Mail 3 to 7 Business Days
  • Express Mail 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Shipping cost will NOT be refunded for any reason. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped.
    Customers are responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any delays or errors in shipping. Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed and shipped. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping charges. Exceptions apply to Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses which may take up to 45 business days for delivery via USPS policy.

    Orders and Returns

    All orders are shipped with a tracking number and emailed to customers when it is shipped, provided that a email address was used when signing up. Alternatively one can log into there account and view there order page to retrieve the tracking number.

    RETURNS | REFUNDS

    EveryThing Vapes offers a 14 days return policy on hardware ONLY. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT offer you a refund or exchange for orders delivered after 14 days. Additionally, orders may be cancelled if your order has NOT shipped. If your order has shipped from our facility, the order may NOT be cancelled.

    *There are no refunds on sale items. NO EXCEPTIONS. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and you must have all the original packaging.

    Various types of goods are exempt from being returned if they have been opened. Due to health regulations, we DO NOT accept returns on any E-LIQUID / E-Juice products. This includes, but is not limited to, Pods , E-Liquid in bottles, or disposable vape devices. We do not accept e-juice, atomizers, tanks, or drip tips, due to the nature of this type of product.

    A Proof of Purchase is required to Complete all Returns.

    On some occasions we may grant a partial refund if applicable . Subject to change without notice.
    All items returned not in its original condition; and which is damaged upon arrival or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    To return your product, you need to be issued a RMA number first. You should mail your product to: 955 South Federal Hwy, 4th Floor #555, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33316. After the RMA has been confirmed, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days. If we have not received the item back within this time period, the return may be cancelled.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, depending on your location.

    When shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover your item in the case that it gets damaged or lost in transit. As there is always room for error, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds or credits may take up-to 5 business to reflect on your account.

    Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)
    If after 5 business days a refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and bank to VERIFY if the refund was issued and just been posted.

    Lost or Stolen Packages
    EveryThing Vapes is not held responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages from your delivery location. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your order. Please track your package and make sure somebody is at home to receive your package. Once your product has shipped, we have NO control over the carrier to ensure you receive your package. Please contact the carrier that was used to ship your order to file a claim immediately.

    Sale Items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please sent us photos of the damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@everythingvapes.com to confirm your return and a RMA @ will be issued.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    What is Age Verification Check?

    EveryThing Vapes is required by law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age for any of our products. When you are ready to place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. You only have to do the process once. In some cases we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate contact information to complete your purchase.

    We reserve the right to use a third party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for identification if we find it necessary. You must be legal of smoking age for the state in which you reside to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase electronic e-cigarette products. In some instances when credit card verification is not enough, we may require to review your a picture id. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and your shipping address. We will require a signed authorization form along with a legible copy of your an identification card. EveryThing Vapes will cancel the order if proper identification cannot be presented in an suitable amount of time. 

    What information is required? 

    For the majority of customers, we only require your date of birth, name, and address. If we cannot verify your correct age automatically, we will need a picture of your photo ID. Note that we are often able to get this information from the checkout form you filled out. In this case, you will only have to input your date of birth manually.

    How do I upload my photo ID? 

    The process is very easy to complete, you have three options for sending us a photo ID.

    You can take a picture using your webcam directly from our popup. Upload a picture directly from our popup. Enter your mobile phone number and use your phone’s camera to complete the process.

    Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us. You information and access to all our services are protected with strong 256-bit AES encryption. All personal information is stored on a private internal network that is not connected to the internet.

    We will store your Name , DOB and address so that we can verify you without photo ID if you order again. Photo IDs are not stored, they are removed from memory as soon as you are verified.
